For years, I've been trying out various incenses to support my concentration efforts, be it for yoga sessions or for increased productivity when writing, or doing various tasks. I have been experimenting with several, and they are all good. Franckincense or sandalwood are typically recommended to aid you towards one-pointedness of mind, and I personally love the sweet and light scent of chamomile, but all the others can help with concentration and feeling good in different ways, too. Expecially if you like their scents. Mind you: your fragrance of choice can be the object of your concentration!
