Virgin Voyages French Daze & Ibiza Nights Itinerary

I flew into Barcelona 2 days before the cruise to enjoy the sights.  The Cruise boards on Sunday.  You can reserve your boarding time in advance through the VV App.  Make sure to book an early boarding time to enjoy all the ship has to offer 

I flew into Barcelona 2 days in advance to explore Barcelona, relax and recover from Jet Lag before my cruise 

Marseille is the capital of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. I opted to book an excursion to Le Castellet which also took us to a winery for a wine tasting and lunch overlooking a beautiful vineyard.  

 Here are a couple of ideas on how to fill your day in Cannes: Explore Cannes by foot with a walking tour (no transportation needed, free), Walk to a beach club and book a bed.  Take the ferry to Saint Marguerite Island ( around USD 18 pp)available right at the port.  Go to Monaco (train, rental car, or organized tour) Go to Saint Tropez (ferry, organized tour) Go to Nice (train, car, organized tour) Tour the French Riviera.

Palma city center is located 2.8 miles (a 15-minute drive) from the port of Palma. You can also walk to the center which takes approximately 45 min.  We chose to get a taxi from the port to the Palma Nova Beach Area. This was approximately 20 miniutes and 25 euros one way.
